Instructions
- Marinate beef slices with seasoning for 20minutes. Add sesame oil right before cooking.
- Cook your noodles of choice. I made my Tofu balls while I marinated the beef.
- Follow my Tofu noodle recipe, cut into cubes, and roll into balls.
- In a pot of boiling water, cook the Tofu balls until they float to the top. Drain and reserve for later use. If you use dry Ho Fan noodles, soak until soft.
- Prepare all vegetables by cutting the spring onion and chives into 1-inch-long sections.
- In a hot non-stick pan over high heat, spray a little oil, and sauté the beef until charred, 2-3 minutes. Remove and reserve for later use.
- Add 1 tablespoon of olive or avocado oil, saute onions, Yellow Chives, and Spring onion, then add Sprouts and quickly cook for 2 minutes.
- Add noodles and seasonings, and give it a quick stir until the sauce is absorbed into the noodles.
- Add beef and give it a quick stir, and the noodles are cooked and served immediately.
