
Swiss Wings
Each wing is simmered until glossy and flavorful, absorbing the perfect balance of soy sauce, rock sugar, ginger, garlic, and Shaoxing wine

- Preheat oven at 185C.
- Bake frozen wings for 30-45 minutes until just cooked. You can also boil it if you prefer.
- While waiting for the wings, mix all Swiss sauce ingredients in a pot.
- Boil and reduce until sugar has melted and sauce slightly thickened.
- Remove Wings from oven and dip them directly into the sauce and cook for 5 minutes.
- Remove from Sauce and Serve hot.
- Save sauce in a jar and refrigerate for later use for a second batch of wings or use as a marinade for other meats (Lamb or Pork).
