Natto Healthy Brunch Bowl

Natto Healthy Brunch Bowl is a nutritious Japanese-inspired meal featuring fermented soybeans (natto) served over rice or grains with fresh vegetables, soft-boiled eggs, avocado, and savory toppings.

Ingredients
  

  • 150 g Oat Konjac rice packet
  • 1 egg
  • 1 packet 40g Natto beans
  • 1 square pack 250g soft tofu
  • ½ cup of corn
  • ¼ cup kimchi
  • 2 tablespoons of spring onion chopped
  • Seasoning:
  • ½ teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dark vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 dash of chili powder optional

Equipment

  • Rice cooker or saucepan
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Knife
  • Cutting board
  • Small prep bowls
  • Spoon or chopsticks
  • Serving Bowl
  • Small saucepan (for eggs, optional)

Instructions
 

  1. In a microwave cup, add one raw egg with a spray of oil, and cook in the microwave for 20-30 seconds. Cover with a lid to prevent the egg from splattering
  2. In a large bowl, assemble your brunch bowl by layering your ingredients.
  3. Add Seasoning on top as you desired and simply enjoy!
