Instructions
- Combine egg wash and place on a plate.
- Dice Cha Siu (honey roasted pork loin) and coat with sauce, but not too saucy. You do not want extra moisture inside
- Dip three rice papers on both sides with egg wash and place on a chopping board, stacking on top of each other.
- Add Cha Siu in the middle of the rice paper.
- Fold lengthwise until the edge touches.
- Gently roll it like a burrito to seal in the Cha Siu.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Preheat oven or airfryer at 180C, bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. You can reheat in the airfryer again if you want to eat it the next day
- Enjoy immediately.

This turned out great. I added a bit of coconut milk and some extra chickpeas and it was perfect. I had too much liquid remaining for some reason so the coconut milk helped to thicken it a bit as it cooled. So good!
Every single person that tries it loves it!
