- Drain and discard the oil from the fish, then separate the fish from the black beans.
- Place three shallots in a microwave for 10 seconds and remove the skin.
- In a blender, combine the fish, cream cheese, mayonnaise, chopped cilantro or scallions, and shallots.
- Rough Blend for 5-10 seconds, aiming for a slight texture of the fish to remain.
- Add drained Black beans into the dip and serve from the Can.
- Sprinkle Scalion and sesame seeds for garnish.
- Serve with your favourite Vegetables, crackers, or spread it over a bagel or toast.
