- Sauce:
- 150 kcal, 1g protein, 9g carbs, 12g Fat
- Preheat the oven or Airfryer at 180C°C (I think Airfryer gives the best result)
- Cut tofu sheets into 12cm squares and soak in cold water
- Mince chicken thighs and cut prawns in half
- Mix all the marinade into the chicken and prawns.
- Divide the filling into 8 portions and place 1 portion in the middle of each tofu square.
- Spray the air fryer with olive oil, place the wontons on the tray, and spray again with oil.
- Toast for about 10-15 minutes until the wonton is crispy.
- Mix the dip ingredients together and enjoy the wontons with your dipping sauce.
