- Defrost prawns by soaking them in water for 5-10 minutes
- Add all the marinade to the prawns.
- Tear basil and add it to the prawns.
- Soak rice paper thoroughly until limp.
- Spray the plate with olive oil.
- Add four prawns and basil in the middle, and roll the rice paper into a roll.
- Repeat and spray olive oil one more time to keep the rolls from sticking.
- Steam for 10 minutes until the prawn is pink and cooked.
- Add soy sauce and chili oil to taste and eat immediately!
- If you want to serve this at a party, you can make the rolls ahead of time, but keep each roll separate and then steam right before serving. Do not sit and transport, it will be one clump of sticky mess!
