- Add spices into the egg and mix well.
- Add nuts into egg mixture and combine.
- Pre-heat oven at 170C.
- Line baking tray with baking paper.
- Spread nuts evenly without overlapping.
- Bake for 15 minutes and flip nuts for even browning and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown (Watch it closely).
- Let it cool completely before putting inside an air tight container.
- Serve cooled!
