Spicy Curry Nuts

These nuts make a great party snack, beer companion, or on-the-go energy boost. They’re protein-packed, gluten-free, and addictive — ideal for those who love a bold, exotic twist on a healthy snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Raw Cashew
  • 200 g/ 2 cups pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoons chia seeds
Spices Ingredients:
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of salt

Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Baking Tray / Sheet Pan
  • Parchment paper
  • Oven or Air fryer
  • Measuring Spoons / Cups
  • Spatula or spoon

Instructions
 

  1. Add spices into the egg and mix well.
  2. Add nuts into egg mixture and combine.
  3. Pre-heat oven at 170C.
  4. Line baking tray with baking paper.
  5. Spread nuts evenly without overlapping.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes and flip nuts for even browning and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown (Watch it closely).
  7. Let it cool completely before putting inside an air tight container.
  8. Serve cooled!
