- Slice the lean pork cutlet into strips, then chop it using two knives until it is finely minced. I prefer to use the hand-chop method instead of store-bought ground or using a blender.
- Remove the mustard greens and give them a quick rinse, then chop them roughly.
- Add all the ingredients and mix until well combined. The patty should be moist and fluffy. Please add extra water if needed.
- Drizzle with sesame oil and steam for 15 minutes until cooked.
- You can also steam pork patty on top of half-cooked rice in the rice cooker.
- Serve hot with steamed rice and vegetables.
